Leveraging their Six Sigma methodology coupled with our Planning, Research/Discovery and IDEAL Strategy model, we led the global business, data, and technology strategy for this $10+ Billion manufacturing enterprise. With over 800 employees, customers and partners involved around the globe, we conducted numerous interviews to elicit insights across each of Cummins’ business units and global markets. Equipped with the insights from the research stage, we focused the internal team on the Customer, Partner and Employee strategy creation. “I can honestly say if you hadn’t been involved in every step of this process – we as a team would have gone in circles.”
The strategy, coupled with Cummins’ strong ability to execute contributed to company growth – including a 77% growth in annual revenue over 5 years (from $10.8 Billion to $19.2 Billion).
